RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We are passionate about making the perfect fitting dog jacket. You dog will be protected while looking dashing. Once your order is placed, we will review it and contact you should the size selection not be the best for the measurements provided. Our goal is for you to receive the best fit the first time.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

We encourage you to measure your dog as accurately as possible using the instructions that can found in the
Fitting Room. If you have any questions, we would gladly assist by phone, email, Facebook, or Instagram messaging.

IMPORTANT - CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS

Items purchased in the clearance section or where a price reduction is indicated may not be returned for refund or exchanged for other products. Sale of these items is final.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Please note that delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping fees if you bought the wrong size and wish to do an exchange

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

When you are sending the item back to us, please make sure a clear instruction is included. It includes:

- Original Invoice Number
- Your contact number and email address
- Item you wish to exchange to
- Reason for the return / exchange
- Return courier fee, if it is an exchange

If the item you received is faulty, please email
retail@dogslife.co.za quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email
retail@dogslife.co.za quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We'll then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Please Note:
When trying the items of clothing on your pet, please ensure that they are clean to ensure that no marks or hair are left on the item. We'll be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

WARRANTY FOR APPAREL AND WEBBING RANGE

We pride ourselves on our product quality and customer service. Dog's Life stands behind our products! Dog's Life fully guarantees all of our products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. Damage due to normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear and ageing), damage from chewing, tearing or wear chased from improper sizing is not guaranteed. Altercations, modifications or negligence is also not covered.


WARRANTY FOR TOYS

We pride ourselves on our product quality and customer service. We are always willing to assist you with any problems, requests, complaints or compliments you may have. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

For a period of 7 days from the date of purchase by the consumer, we warrant that this toy is free of any defects in workmanship or materials at the time it was manufactured. We agree to replace this toy if we find the product to be defective in workmanship or materials at the time of manufacture. Our warranty excludes any damage caused by abuse, misuse, ordinary wear, or failure to follow our directions for use. Our agreement to replace a defective toy is in lieu of any other remedies. This warranty expressly disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from, or relating to, use of this toy.

If a squeaker has been bitten or punctured sound can change or be non functional. We DO NOT WARRANTY or GUARANTEE a toys SQUEAKER(s) or its ability to continue squeaking.
