Please note - For orders from R800 and up, delivery charge within South Africa is free of charge.
Please note - If you ordered beds, then there will be R100 addition to the delivery fees listed above.
Please note - If we receive proof of payment before 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next day.
Please note - You will receive a confirmation of your payment through email, as well as tracking information regarding your parcel.
Please note - Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays.


Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option we may sometimes experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays.

In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Missed Delivery

In the event of a missed delivery our chosen courier will leave a note explaining that they have attempted to deliver your goods. The majority of our orders are delivered using Specialised Freight Services or Fastway Courier, in which case a 2nd delivery will be automatically attempted the next working day. If you think you will be unable to receive the package on the next working day then a telephone number is provided which you must call so that you can choose a specific day.

Please note - We cannot deliver any pet bedding overseas. We can only delivery bedding to South Africa. If you make a purchase for bedding with shipping outside of South Africa then we will have to make alternative plans for you.
Please note - We normally dispatch Post Office orders on Wednesdays and Fridays only. So if you send your proof of payment before Tuesday or Thursday 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next day.
